- After you’ve cleaned your entire face, wait at least 5 minutes before rinsing with water only.
I’ve found the best results when I did this was before bedtime. I would do this cleanse and go to sleep only to wake up to a plump and hydrated and happy skin in the morning.
3. Tomato scrub
This one is easy-peasy-tomato-squeezy! When you come home from running under the sun on hot summer days your sensitive skin immediately craves for some kool-aid. It can’t get any easier than this.
How to apply:
- Simply cut a tomato in half and start to massage it on your face. Yes, you read it right.
- Rub the cut side of the tomato onto your face with absolutely gentle pressure.
- Make sure to cover your full face and neck as well as the back of your neck.
- Massage all of the two halves of the tomato.
- Then leave it for a few minutes to dry and when you feel a slight tightness to the skin, wash it off with water.
